A strategic framework for adoption of mobility by an enterprise needs to identify and understand its |

overall goals. These enterprise goals are based on a number of factors, including its demographics (i.e., size, location, and type of business). |

The goals must ensure that they align the mobile enterprise with its mission and values. MET aims at |
|
generating good "value" for its stakeholders. |

Strategic considerations in the mobile business start with an assessment of the current status of the |
|
enterprise in terms of its current mobile usage and maturity. This leads to the identification and investigation of the various business processes in the organization and an analysis of how MET can be applied to them. |
