4.2 Understanding Organization Stakeholder Management

A Stakeholder is anyone who has an interest in the project or will be affected by the organization's actions, objectives and policies.
There are two types of Stakeholders, internal and external.
Internal stakeholders include project manager, other employee and administrators.
External stakeholders include suppliers, investors, clients, customers, community groups and government organizations.
In order to manage and execute projects successfully, it is crucial to identify different stakeholders and try to meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Stakeholders also play a great role in the initiation and planning of the project.
