Introduction

In this lesson, organizational culture is described. Project stakeholder management is then discussed. This is followed by a description of project life cycle. Then, an overview of the different phases in the project's life cycle is provided. Finally, a discussion on the need of sound project management in IT projects is given including an overview of the main project life cycle models used in the IT sector.
