The Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak in his speech calls upon all parties and citizens of Malaysia to stop discussing Article 121 and 11 of the Federal Constitution. What the Article 121 and 11 are all about? In your opinion, why shouldn't the articles be raised and are there matters in both articles cannot be amended anymore?
