3.1 Definition of syllable


3.1.1 Presentation
A syllable is a sound that can be said without interruption and are usually a vowel which can have consonants before and/or after it.

A Malay word can be divided into syllable. Each syllable in a Malay word can be produced by at least one vowel, or a vowel with a consonant.

A Malay word can be form from one to six syllables.

3.1 Definition of syllable


Each syllable in Malay word can be made from one, two, three or four letters.
