The initial studies issued judgments on personal basis of opinions, but the personal opinions has no importance in the scientific research as we pointed out before, so, the movement research leaders rejected this method in the decision-making, and began to follow the objective style and doing objective studies through making tests, rating scales and modern standard measuring means, so that the results that they get by using these tests are standard and modern, and then they can rely on the tests results, so that the results are more clearer and specific.
Systems or rules in the school are easy to disobey, all of us can disobey the rules or the law, because of some circumstances, most people who disobey this system in the schools are the students, and we always try to train these students to keep the discipline inside and outside school, either through punishment, intimidation, or through recognize our need for it.
We find that the need to training has become stronger, because the corporal punishment did not achieve respect for the system or following it, so it there was an urgent need to train them to follow the system, and recognize its importance in their lives, to form their personalities, and also to realize that the school is their private property and kingdom, so, they have to keep the system, also, sometimes we find that fear and punishment breeds dissatisfaction and bad effects in the hearts of the learners leading them for attacking school and workers.
The non- using of corporal punishment or violence is much better, so as to reduce the amount of the problems, because the violence reactions develop more violence at the students, and we have to convince to obey...

We should recognize the importance of the management, when we visited one of schools we asked the director to define about ten names of students who are considered quarrelsome persons inside the school, the manager wondered at this question, and was not able to define these students, then we realized that the system within the school is a good system, but if the situation was different, and the director started to define ten students saying: so and so and so, that class as well, that class as well, and that class as well as, that means that: the system within this institution is only a security system, and the director of this school is a police officer to keep security, he is far from being an educator, because all his mission within the school is only to control those who are causing problems, and only if you asked the director to determine the names of outstanding students from these ten, (I asked him to select ten students, these ten students wayward who do not obey the system, and they have problems within the school, he answered us ,whenever we asked him "which of these students have a high level of academic achievement?" - he will be mired surprising as if this question is a vainly absurd question, or he may consider this question indicates a delay in understanding of you, Why do you ask? These children are just troublemakers. So, the reaction of the headmaster telling us the nature of the system at that school.

So the management is not only related to public manager of the educational institution, or school principal. The teacher must control the discipline inside the class, the continuous follow-up during the period, and the directing and guiding of the learner, all that comes below the supervision and the follow-up.
So the teacher has to plan well, and then execute what he planed before ,he always has to supervise and follow-up , must control the discipline inside the class, then follow up the students observance inside the class, and direct instructions to the students to reach a stronger level of education, and to achieve the desired targets in the classroom.

The teacher must carry out the evaluation operation, which must be continuous, and there is a special evaluation related to the acquisition, and another one related to the diagnosis. all that is the teachers role, but we must keep in mind that the assessment has a comprehensive view for all subjects of study to be strong not weak, this assessment should explore the reasons for the weaknesses of the students, determine the level of learners, and define the weakness reasons.
We must evaluate the students' ability to achievement independently without comparing them with the other students.

also the teacher must achieve the interaction in the classroom to be free interaction, that can be done by identifying the students attitudes through educational games which give them the opportunity in participation in the study for students and help in the learning process.
The teacher has to do his duties towards the community, and he has a role inside and outside the community. He should be aware of his role well, because the educational process is not limited to the inside of the school, but its effects extend to the community abroad.
So, It is clear that the teacher has an effective role in the educational process and the management process. We find that the educational process interrelated and interdependent.
