3.3 The Educational System and Management

Also, education clearly affects through the educational system and administration, and also affected by the curricula and teaching methods associated with them, teachers and learners, and the relationship between both. There is also a diversity of educational systems according to each region, so we find that the philosophical basis is derived from the ideas, trends, and specific goals of life, and private views of children, and the views associated with adults, those derived from the views of senior educators, and the great philosophers and those views as a result of educational experience, and as a result of research and experiments conducted in the field of education.

Also, improving school administration in addition to evaluation is important. We find that there is a relation between the educational system and administration, both directly affects each other, we find that the school administrations supervisors have encouraged researchers to carry out a study related to the budget, the size of classes, the division of pupils into groups, the relations between the school and the community, how to select teachers and many different problems related to the field of school administration, the educational system and the administration are associated with the community, and they have a directly impact on that community. We find that many administrative supervisors tried to translate the results of such researches, and they have already turned them into practical practices in schools in order to raise their levels.

So, we find that since 1910, a lot of school administrations called to do survey studies on systems applied in these schools, aiming to presenting suggestions to raise and improve the levels of these systems and improving their status.

3.3 The Educational System and Management

So it worth to mention an important pivotal point, namely: that the system that the school administration follows affects directly the educational process, if we left the question about the acquisition level, and we present another inquiry about these ten: who has activities beside study, such as, music, drawing, Sport, rhetoric, poetry? Who participate in the committees of student, or student councils? Who participate in the system of autonomy within the school? All these activities are possible to be carried out by learners in the school, but we find the same reaction repeated when we ask about the acquisition level. It is the same reactions that repeat when we ask the question about any school activity possible to be done by the student.

Now, It is clear that the educational system, or management influence in the educational process, or affect the level of the students, and we have to emphasize that the child when he goes to school pushed by a desire to learn whether this child, large or small, rich or poor, he is in need to system, and in need for good management set this system in order to achieve the desired level of education.
