Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) used this method, because of its importance as one of Islamic teaching methods. He (pbuh) used to make a connection between his instructions and the current events that passed by him and his followers. This will assure the teaching and is a strong evidence that his instructions are right and his promises were fulfilled.

Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) was taking all the chances to teach his follower. He was making from any event or situation that had passed by the Muslims a chance to give them lessons. For examples the Makhzomian woman accident when she has stolen and some people of Quorish Tribe did not want her hand to be cut as a punishment for this crime because this will bring shame for them, even they asked Usama Ibn Zaid, The most beloved youth to the Prophet (pbuh),to ask forgiveness from the Prophet (pbuh) and to accept paying a fine or something else. This demanded a lesson that assure the equity principle in punishments as it is in the duties and to eliminate the idea of the differences of the classes in Islam.

So, the educational lesson came in its time and place effectively when he said to Osama "Are you interceding in border of Allah's borders"? then he stood and said a speech "what has destroyed the has before you was leaving the noble if he had stolen while if the weak one has stolen, they would have applied the law on him, By Allah I swear if Fatima daughter of Mohammad has stole, I'd have cut her hand". This is the teaching by practicing through the event.

Also, when Ebrahim the son of the Prophet (pbuh), has passed away and, during this, there was an eclipse and for preventing people of saying this eclipse is for the death of Ebrahim because it was a habit in the times of ignorance before Islam to join between the natural events and the birth or death of people, the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) took the chance to correct this belief and assure the truth and said "O people the sun and moon are two miracles of Allah's miracles which don't eclipse for the death of someone or for his life". By this Islamic educational method, Islam connects science with reality.
