3.1 Classification of knowledge in Islam


Inspirational knowledge
Also known in Arabic as ( ladony ), it is the knowledge which Allah teaches one of his chosen servants in order to acknowledge the people. This kind of knowledge is only transferred by Allah's permeation.

The trust worthy knowledge
It is the one which the scientists issue such as encyclopedia, the big books, the scientific message and the specialized printings.

Inherited knowledge
It is which we have received from our ancestors which is the fruit of their efforts.

The logical knowledge
Which is acquired as a result of thinking and deduction also an abstract that related to facts.

Cognitive knowledge
It is the one which comes by our five senses. It enables us to recognize the natural phenomena around us. Its importance lies in it can be put under experiment and accepts, always, the continual development that is related to life movement.

3.1 Classification of knowledge in Islam


The knowledge is always available for everyone, moreover, it is a must for every Muslim to learn, so Islam assures the equality of chance among the Muslim as one of its principals.

From this Islamic point of view to the knowledge, Islamic education should

Clarify to the Muslims that the great target of the knowledge is represented in worshiping Allah only
and achieving the agency on the earth.
Encourage the Muslim learner to work hard to learn more and more to serve the humanity.
Train him to learn by using the modern and ideal teaching methods which encourage him to
do more efforts in this field.
Prepare the valid educational context in order to make every Muslim benefit from
the Islamic educational operation.
