2.1 The Seljuks and Nizamul - Mulk

The state of Seljuks is one of the Sonna states which was stablished in Iran, Iraq ,Syria and Small Asia. It was established by Seljuk the great chief of the Turkman Ghoz Tribs which lived in Bukhara. The relations between them and Abbassians were strong till they tried to be independent from the Abbassians in Bagdad.

They were strong religiously and supporting the Sunna followers. In their time, Muslims reached a high level of civilization and progress, specially, in science and art.

The most important chief was " Alb Arslan " who was famous for good morals and generosity. His minister " Nizamul - Mulk" was scientist and a fair one. He liked to gather the scientists, the scholars and the poets in his place. Its time was famous for establishing many schools who spent much for them.
