2.1 Project Management in the Early Ages

Some degree of planning, executing and controlling of projects exists since early days. Huge and ancient projects were managed including:

		The Egyptian Pyramids project, dated to 2570 BC was managed by the Pharaohs.
		The Great Wall of China, dated to 208 BC, which was built by Emperor Qin Shihuang.

They organized the labor force and identified the required resources as part of their management strategy.
