6.5 Organizational Design


Organization Design is a prescribed process for putting together the people, information and expertise of a business.
It is employed to obtain equivalence in the structure of the organization as strongly as possible to the objectives the organization wishes to accomplish.
Through the design progression, organizations proceed to advance the likelihood that the joint labours of members will be triumphant.
Characteristically organisational design is adopted to facilitate an internal transformation under the supervision of an external facilitator.
Managers and associates toil jointly to classify the requirements of the organization then construct schemes to effectively fulfil those requirements.
The facilitator reassures that a methodical course is pursued and persuades ingenious and inventive thinking and wisdom.
